The 55-year-old man was charged with carrying a concealed firearm last week after he brandished the flare gun, which was under his skirt, Key West police spokeswoman Christie Phillips said.<\/p>\n<p>Hmm a skirt, a bikini and a flare gun?  I wish someone had taken a picture!
