Happy Canada Day, and 4th of July!
I took this photo at the Canada Day celebrations at Ashbridges Bay here in Toronto. The fireworks were set to go off over Lake Ontario. My husband and I, and some friends, went to the beach with some folding chairs and watched the fireworks, well away from the crowds. It was a nice time.
Your photographs are beautiful! I don’t have a very flashy digital camera either, but I could never get my photos to turn out so nicely. I really like the way you use the background to frame your subject.
