I can’t remember the name of this clematis but I believe that it’s an Ernest Markham Clematis. Lovely and grows well.

Yes, this clematis flower feels just as it looks – like velvet, but of course it’s real and grows in my garden.

A Chicago Skyscraper – looking up, up, up!Â I love the pattern of the bars across the structure.

I can’t remember the name of this huge fountain. It was in downtown Chicago.

It was a hot August day when I saw this in Chicago last summer and I wanted to run through the fountain too.
