This fiery flower is called Crocosmia Lucifer. It grows in large clumps and the spikes on which the flowers grow reach 4 to 5 feet tall. They are just stunning! So bright! They’re also fairly hardy.
Delicate spiderwort
A macro photo of tiny Spiderwort flowers. These flowers grow easily in the garden, they spread easily too! Each spring and summer I pull out new growth in areas that I don’t want them growing. I do love their tiny little flowers though.
Woodbine Beach

I took this picture from the far side of the beach. If you’ve seen my photos of the volley ball nets on the beach they’d be in the left sandy beach area of this picture (if they were up). There’s actually a trail through a small forest that leads up to these rocks.

These are lovely roses when they bloom. The flowers are fairly large and have a pleasant scent. This rose blooms on and off throughout the summer.
