Aren’t these mums lovely? I love their multicolored hue. Yellow to light brown in color. usually I only see yellow, white or pink Mums for sale in small garden centers. I sure hope that stores start selling more of these gorgeous mums!
White Oriental Lilies
Oriental Lilies … the most fragrant lilies I’ve ever had a chance to smell! I only have one tiny clump of these lilies in my garden. I want more!
Amaryllis
I took this photo last year, but my Amaryllis should be blooming soon. Amaryllis grow from a bulb and can be forced into blooming by chilling the bulb for a period of time prior to planting. I just keep my bulbs planted and make sure the plants are left outside in a cool area or placed in the basement for about a month in the fall or early winter so that they’ll bloom for me in Febuary or March.
Valencia Rose
Here’s a beautiful rose for my sister on her birthday. I’m not sure that she likes flowers all that much, but she’d probably like this one. It’s a keeper!
