First signs of fall, photo take October, 9th, 2006 – the tree’s were just starting to turn on the day that I took this photo. Some years the trees start to turn as early as the beginning of September, but most years they wait until October.
Watchful Blue Jay
I took this photo of a Blue Jay in my in-laws backyard. To date it’s the only Blue Jay picture I’ve managed to take! The one thing that I like about visiting the in-laws is that they tend to have lots of birds in their backyard – Blue Jays, Cardinals, Mourning doves and many others.
Pretty Robin Sitting in a Tree
A photo of a Robin in a tree. I took this picture at my In-laws house in Brantford Ontario. There’s always lots of birds in their area – much more so than in my Toronto backyard!
Driving by Rogers Centre
When we were driving on Toronto’s QEW the other day I took a photo of the Rogers Centre (formerly named The SkyDome). Unfortunately a red car was captured in the photo as well.
To give the photo more interest I added Motion blur, and a water color effect to the red car and roadway.
