This rose is called Octavia Hill. I managed to take this picture shortly after it had rained and if you look closely you can see dew drops on the rose petals … especially the lower roses and the center of the larger one.
Driving on the highway on a beautiful fall day, enjoying the scenery and the brilliant red tones of the sumac. The grass in the foreground is slightly blurred because this photo was taken while we were driving in the car- I was the passenger.
Mums are one of my favorite late fall flowers … well there aren’t that many late fall flowers around here so i guess it’s a good thing I like them! Aren’t these multicolored mums gorgeous?
