I took this photo of this aging barn a year or two ago. It’s located somewhere between Ottawa and Toronto on Highway 7 I believe.
I love the meadow in front of the barn and the single Canadian flag attached to it’s outer wall.
Downtown reflections
Reflections in glass. One of the things that I love about the Dundas and Yonge area is all the glass and big flashy signs. The glass reflects the buildings all around as well as the hustle and bustle of the people moving about in this busy area.
Stained Glass
Stained glass panels in Holy Rosary Church here in Toronto. Beautiful … but also rather dark. Personally I like lighter and brighter stained glass. Which do you prefer or do you even like stained glass?
View from the Shore
Water, grasses and reeds … three of my favorite things. I don’t know why but I just love being near bodies of water. I’m not that fond of being on large bodies of water … but being beside them, oh yeah. Scenes like this always make me feel calm, whole, peaceful. Perhaps it’s because I grew up both a city girl and a country girl thanks to our family having a cottage that we visited nearly every weekend …
