Disco is

April 15, 2007 by Chris

Gotcha thinkin’ you dancing fool!!!

BTW,are there 2 bass players in this, or is it just an illusion from the short exposure to disco tunes during my formative musical years? See, my brother Tim always told me that this shit would rot my brain even if exposed in short bursts! Always listen to your brother, always!

Keep on ah …

My husband is the HUGEST Frank Zappa fan EVER. I just sent him this link!

My husband can’t see the video at work, but he read the post, and he wants to know, when you say “this shit”-you are referring to DISCO, right? Not Frank Zappa?

I do see 2 bass players in that video. One holds his a little higher than the other, and I don’t know why they would really need two different bass players.

I thought he was referring to some sort of “party favors” LOL

There are indeed two bass players and you can hardly hear either one.

Disco may suck, but this is hilarious.

Yes Elizabeth, I do mean Disco! I know that Mr Zappa, God rest his souls, was one of the best under-rated guitar players of all time!

This is the type of guy that I would loved to have gone camping with. Imagine the sing-songs by the camp fire late at night! I think that he would have been a great wedding band to go and see.

    Keep on Jammin’

Thanx a bunce Sir Jorge. I thought that it was my mind playing games with me but this is Frank Zappa that we are talking about.

    Keep on Jammin’

Jimi, that did cross my mind as well!

    Keep on Jammin’

I guess just like double drummers, it’s must take a hell of a lot of skill to pull something like that off!

When I playing in High School, our band Phylis played Battle Scars with a band called Vigilance. Getting both drummers to play in sink was not that difficult but for less skilled players, this could pose a problem.

    Keep on Jammin’
