(3) His summer home in Uptergrove Ont., near lake Simcoe/Orillia.

(4) Buried in Mount Pleasant Cemetery, Toronto Canada in the Eastern part, section 38, plot 1050 row 1088

(5) His apartment was at 110 St. Clair ave W.
