File Recovery software – recover files you’ve deleted

by Tricia

file-recovery-logo.gif It doesn’t happen too often to me, but there’s been times when I’ve deleted a file and then cleaned out the desktop recycling bin on my computer desktop only to realize moments later that I’ve made an awful mistake and deleted the wrong file.

Has that happened to you? Don’t you just hate it when it does?

Or what about the time you were working away on the computer and a thunder storm came up suddenly and caused the power to go out. When the power finally came back on you turned on your computer and found that the file you were working on wasn’t saved so you had to start all over again.

Come on, I know it’s happened. Admit it.

Well, wouldn’t you love it if there was a program that you could use on your computer that would 1. help you recover files or data that was deleted, damaged or destroyed due to formatting, an accidental deletion or even a virus attack? 2. How about if the software were also able to help recover a damaged disk partition?

Well, if you’re interested in a program that can do all that and a whole lot more you should think about getting Active File Recovery. As I was saying it’s a software program that will help you recover lost or damaged date, restore deleted photos, and documents and other forms of data, recover damaged partitions and help you reboot your computer when it’s crashed and won’t boot up on it’s own. This program is so good that it will even recover files from flash memory, and data that’s been lost due formatting a memory card.

The last time I mentioned a program in this blog that could fix a computer problem people told me they were too scared to go into that part of their computer. I think that program was to help fix a computers registry. Now, why would I tell you about a program that could fix your computer or recover deleted files if it was hard to use? I’m trying to make your life easier by telling you about these programs. That’s the beauty of Active File Recovery. It’s easy to use. It’s safe to use in fact, and is an efficient data recovery tool that you should use if you’ve lost important files.

If your system were to crash and you couldn’t get it to start again this program will help you with that too. The Active file recovery Enterprise installation package comes with a CD/DVD ISO image that you can burn in order to get a bootable CD or DVD with a lightweight version of Windows Vista that will run in RAM.

So instead of taking your computer into a repair shop who may simply wipe your hard drive clean when they repair your computer you can attempt to boot it up with the bootable CD or DVD and then use the Active File Recovery program to restore your lost and or damaged files.

When you consider how much it would cost to take your computer to a repair shop, and risk losing your data anyway, isn’t it worth spending as little as $29.95 for a software program that might quickly and easily get your computer up and running again and restore your files? Personally I’d want to give it a try.

New Online contest at GoFish.com

by Tricia

How would you like to become part of a reality program? One that is an online first where the viewing audience can actually become part of the program?

Sounds interesting doesn’t it? There’s never been anything quite like it. Well, if you are interested in trying this out you must first go and watch on of the Free videos at GoFish.com. You’ll want to watch the one with Mirelly Taylor in it where she explains the “Seduce a Celeb” contest details and rules.

You do know who Mirelly Taylor is don’t you? She’s been seen recently on Numb3rs, Las Vegas, Punk’d, and movies such as Kiss Me Again, and Serving Sara. She’s beautiful and seems quite down to earth. I’m sure the winner of the contest will enjoy their special date, trip to Hollywood and their stay in a luxury hotel. Who wouldn’t?

The Seduce a Celebrity contest will run over the next 14 weeks. Those who want to enter must create three separate videos – one for each call to action that Mirelly requests in her video. Do check out your competition. Some of the videos are just hilarious!

Want to see one of your competitors video submissions? This guy Denton Rose is totally hilarious. You should watch ALL of his video submissions! In this one, he gives us a taste of his rigorous workout schedule as he prepares for the competition – his work out Do’s and Don’ts are pretty funny:

Believe it or not- this guy might be your biggest competition!

TestFreaks reviews TVs, Digital Cameras and more

by Tricia

We’ve had our Samsung HDTV for just over two years now, but when we did decide to upgrade our old television set to one of the newer types of televisions, namely an HD one we spent a lot of time doing research to figure out which type, and which brand would be best for us.

I mean, buying a large screen television set is expensive! Plus, since each type of HDTV and large screen TV is a little bit different you want to find the one that suites your needs best so that you can have the most enjoyable viewing experience.

That was the dilemma we faced when we were buying our HDTV. I only wish that a site such as TestFreaks was around when we were buying our TV as it would have made it much easier to decide.

TestFreaks is a site that’s still in development. The creators are working on a version of the site that will be even more user friendly in the future, but never mind the look of the site. It’s the information and reviews on the site that matter and that information is already there.

TestFreaks has HDTV, Plasma and lcd tv reviews galore. The listings are laid out either by model number or brand and model number.

Another thing that I like about TestFreaks is that not only do they have great reviews of some of the top Plasma and LCD HDTV models, but they have information and reviews on Digital Cameras, Camcorders, Cell phones, MP3’s as well as top 10 lists of all of these electronic gadgets.

TestFreaks also has a blog and they will soon be launching a web site developer’s forum. Keep an eye on this site. I think it could develop into a very handy resource for popular electronic appliances and gadgets.
